That’s why I launched Elevate Early Ed: to empower daycare owners and directors to rise above challenges and build flourishing programs. I’ve been an educator, a director of elite preschools, a business owner, and a mother.
I built a five-star, NAEYC-accredited program from the ground up, earning Director of the Year honors among hundreds of peers nationwide. With over 36 years dedicated to early childhood—from Military Family Childcare Homes to guiding centers across the globe—my expertise is rooted in real-world experience.
